For the successful preparation and execution of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions or transfers of businesses, specialists of all kinds are required. Since, in recent years, the success of companies has increasingly been based on intellectual property (IP) or know-how, the consideration of these company values is an essential success factor for M & A projects.
We support M & A transactions from a first review or assessment of the IP values to the design and structuring of the transaction, including the assignment of rights.
