The legal professional titles Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney have been awarded by the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Patent Office respectively.
The legitimation to use the professional titles European Trademark Attorney and European Design Attorney is obtained by registration in the list of professional representatives at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market.
